Observed Browser Storage
The 8pl demo stores specific game state data directly in your browser's localStorage. This includes:
- Virtual-coin balance: Your current balance is stored locally. If you manually restore the balance while idle (when below 10 coins), it resets to exactly 1000.
- Fractional payout carry: Any fractional amount from previous settlements persists in localStorage across settlement, refill, and page reloads. Refilling coins does not clear this carry.
The local wallet provides no synchronized account or recovery flow. If you reload the page during an unfinished round, the captured stake remains deducted, and the round ends without refund or continuation.
External Requests: Fonts and Counter
The page includes Google Fonts stylesheets and font files and an external Statinside usage counter. These browser requests are separate from the locally stored wallet. They do not establish every external or server-side data practice.
Account and Payment Flow
The demo has no account login or payment flow. Virtual coins have no cash value, and there are no deposit, withdrawal or KYC controls. These observations do not establish the absence of personal-data processing, profiling, sale, sharing or server-side records.
Wallet Persistence and Restoration
Settled balances persist in local storage. However, an unfinished round ending on reload loses the stake without refund. When controls are restored after a reload, the default stake of 20 and linear curve and auto off are restored. Fractional carry is preserved, ensuring continuity of partial winnings across sessions.
