Responsible Gaming: Audience, Limits, and Breaks

The official website of 8pl. This guide and its original prime power overlap Claim demo have an 18+ intended audience. This is not a universal legal age or an implemented age gate. Virtual coins have no cash value. No clinical training or loss-safety claim is established.

You can stop starting new rounds and choose breaks and personal stopping points outside the interface. No pause, enforced timer, blocking or self-exclusion tool is implemented.

Audience and Nature of the Demo

The 18+ label is this guide's own intended audience policy, not a statement of local legality. This original demo does not certify or reproduce an outside product. Its lack of account and payment controls does not establish every personal-data practice.

Optional Breaks and Control

You can choose breaks between rounds. There is no pause control during an active claim. Manual collection settles the current quote after processing elapsed steps; an earlier zero or auto-crossing event takes precedence.

Auto off or thresholds 1.25, 1.75 and 2.50 must be selected before capturing the stake. These thresholds do not secure a win or guarantee a loss limit. Settings reset to linear curve and auto off after reload. Reloading an unfinished round leaves the captured stake deducted and ends it without refund, payout or resume.

Virtual-Coin Limits and Wallet

The demo uses a virtual wallet with specific persistence rules.

  • Initial Balance: The wallet starts with 1000 coins.
  • Refill Rule: A manual refill is available only when idle and the balance is below 10 coins. It sets the balance exactly to 1000 coins. It does not add to the current balance.
  • Fractional Carry: Fractional payout carry persists in browser localStorage across settlement, refill, and reload. It is not cleared by refill.
  • No Cash Value: Virtual coins cannot be converted to real money. There is no withdrawal mechanism.

Privacy and Data Storage

The demo stores data locally in your browser.

  • Stored Data: Virtual-coin balance and fractional payout carry are stored in browser localStorage.
  • Third Parties: The page includes Google Fonts stylesheets and font files and an external Statinside usage counter. These requests do not establish every personal-data practice.
  • Anonymity: The absence of account controls does not prove that no personal data are processed elsewhere. Clearing cached files may leave local storage if not explicitly cleared.

Responsible Use Guidelines

Use the demo to understand mechanics, not as a clinical tool.

  • Set Limits: Use the preset stakes (10, 20, 50, 100) to control bet sizes.
  • Monitor Time: Since there are no automatic break reminders, set your own time limit.
  • Local Help: Find appropriate local qualified help in your jurisdiction for gambling-related concerns. This guide does not provide clinical diagnoses or support channels.

Game Mechanics Summary

The "prime power overlap Claim" demo uses specific mathematical rules.

  • Steps: Twelve independent fair binary steps reveal three four-bit blocks.
  • Scoring: Decode blocks as 0..15, add 1 to get a,b,c (1..16). Score is sum over primes of min(exponent in a, b, c).
  • Payout: Gross quote is 0.97 times conditional expected terminal weight divided by initial expected terminal weight. Quote may rise, fall, or become zero.
  • Settlement: Manual collect or preset first-crossing auto (1.25/1.75/2.5). Zero resolves before cashout. Final step 12 collects surviving current quote.
